Blackburn is a name that has long been associated with bike racks and touring. Since 1975 Blackburn has been developing quality bags and racks for all types of cycling. They were one of the first in the cycling industry to use high quality aluminum aircraft tubing in their racks. Today that same attention to detail and quality is seen in their racks. The EX-1is no exception.

The EX-1 is constructed from high quality aircraft aluminum tubing for a strong sturdy design. The EX-1 is compatible with both 26" and 700c wheels. The EX-1 is designed to fit almost any bike with lower mounting eyelets in the rear triangle. The upper support arms of the EX-1 will bolt to either seat stay eyelets or brake bosses, or can clamp to the seat stays. The EX-1 is compatible with most bike panniers and comes standard with the CoPilot Limo.
